Mom Song

This lady, Anita Renfroe, put together a 2:55 song that has all the things a mom says in a day to her kids, I think it's hilarious............(make sure to pause my music)
Then she did one about what dad's say........

Dance Recital Time

So I spent a large majority of my weekend working on stuff for our upcoming dance recital. Here's the boxes of costumes I sorted and put in bags for each girl with instructions, etc.
In case you don't know...... our Recital is Friday, May 30th, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. at the OWATC Business Building and we would love to see everyone there that can make it!

Friday Dinner

We went to dinner friday with Mom (gma Elsa), Dad (gpa Dale) and Grandpa Dille (or little gpa Dille as Marlee calls him). We had a nice time and it's good to see my Grandpa out and about......I pray for him all the time, I'm sure he would appreciate anyone's prayers - even my girls ask that he be comforted each night at family prayer. This whole thing just seems unreal still.

Cute girls

We went to Kirt's the other night for dinner because the girls wanted icecream. Well, if you don't already know, Kirt's is a Drive-In and their "prizes" for kids are much different than say Wendy's or Mc D's. Anyway, Marlee and Kaycee got seahorse combs and Bradee got a bear comb, so the next morning I walked into the bathroom to find Marlee combing Kaycee's ponytail. I thought it was pretty sweet! :) Here's a pic......

Double Date

Saturday night the Dall's and the Dee's went on a double date. We had dinner at the Cheesecake Factory - oh yum!!!

Then we drove past Murray High School.....ya know, where David Archuleta goes (or went) to school. And holy cow, if you have to ask who David Archuleta is......Shame On You!!!
Then we went to Desert Star Theater and saw "The Wizard of Odd" - it was super good and super funny, I would give it 2 thumbs up!

Daddy Daughter Date

Friday Night was a long-overdue Daddy Daughter Date with all the girls and, duh, dad!

We started off the evening at Crown Burger - Here's Jen and Rachel and Dad

Then it was off to Musgrove Family Bowl for an EXCITING (to say the least) 2 games. I'm pretty sure everyone could figure this out on your own - but just in case......I was low score on BOTH games!

Can't beat bowling shoes!

Then we finished the night at Coldstone for some yum-a-licious ice cream. We're going to have to make this a regular event, it was purdy darn fun!!!

p.s. this is Exhibit A of "if you want a good picture, just freakin' smile for me - ok!"

Progress and Memories....

I know I'm a total nerd, but I'm so thrilled that the new, non-circular on-ramp for 12th Street is now open.......so thrilled I took pictures while driving - dangerous, I know, but what can I say? I'm a rebel!!!

Later that day, I took a stroll down memory lane.....This is the house I grew up in and the coolest Elementary School on the planet - Go Eagles!!! (P.S. They're tearing down my school, so I had to get a photo!)

Scariest day of my life!!!

I stole these pictures off Linny's blog, I just wanted everyone to see the strides I'm taking in trying to overcome my fear of dogs....

Mind you, I just about wet my pants out of fear! And Lindsay almost did do - but from laughing!

Kaylee and Garrett's Birthdays are only 8 days apart, so we all got together on Sun the 20th for a joint party. The BBQ was delightful and the cake was super delicious! Way to go Jen!

Kaylee-bug turned 11

Garrett turned 15 - holy cow I feel old!!!

Happy Birthday guys! We love you!!!

Baby Paxten

Baby Paxten was born last week, but I've been having trouble uploading photos, so here's a picture of him in the NICU even though he's home now! Welcome to the family!

Congrats Ryan & Chelsi & Parker & Payton
