We visited Grandma & Grandpa last night. It was good for the girls to be able to see her, they have been worried about her since her surgery.

So this morning, Dave went to get the big girls up and going for school and Bradee makes this comment. "Kaycee bangs her headboard against her wall and it's shaking my bed!" Dave thought that was a little odd and didn't pay much attention to it. Then the news comes on and says there was an Earthquake this morning........Guess that would be a much better explanation to Bradee's bed shaking than Kaycee banging her headboard against her wall!
Childhood traditions die hard. We always have to have "cupid" drop some Valentine's on the porch for the girls since that was such a big part of mom and dad's childhoods! The darling pink heart purses are from Grandma Diane and Grandpa Dave. You can't really see what mom and dad gave the girls, but it was a coloring book, a t-shirt for St. Patty's Day, plus a few little treats. Jimmie & Kay (Andrea's boss & wife) gave the girls a cute card with $10 each to buy a treat. He was also nice enuf to give Dave and Andrea a Valentine ($50 to Maddox! Wahoo!) Grandma Elsa and Grandpa Dale gave the girls a treat bag with a cute Valentine's straw and a locket for each of the girls. They were so excited, now we just have to find some pictures small enough to put in them! The girls and mom cooked a nice pork chop dinner for dad and made a peanut butter dessert. Mom made an Oreo one for the girls and then they watched Happily N'Ever After. Talk about a sugar high! What a fun day.
On Bradee's actual birthday, we let her pick a place to have dinner and she chose the Greenery. (Actually she chose Olive Garden but decided she didn't want to wait an hour to eat, so Greenery was her 2nd choice).
Here she is cutting her yummy chocolate cake so she could share with her sisters. What a sweet girl!
Bradee's presents.....It's hard having kids get older since the "toys" get more and more expensive :P
Happy Birthday to Bradee!!! Her birthday is today, so last night we went down to the Hannah Montana 3D movie at Jordan Commons. Bradee enjoyed a "hot dog sandwich" fries and a peanut butter cup shake. Kaycee got a personal pizza and a "big" drink. Annie got a superdallicious Taco Salad from Mayan Express (highly recommend it - yum!). The girls thought it was pretty cool that we could take food into the movies.
Here is everyone on rows 2&3 of the expedition on the way down - we had a car full!
Here we are in our cool glasses :)
Marlee wanted to join in on the glasses action - so here she is.......
The movie reminded us A LOT of being at the actual concert which we went to back in October, so I thought I'd include some pics from the SLC concert...... ENJOY!!!
